On a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this park has 9 tent-only campsites.

Directions: Park is located on the west side of Hwy 101,about 5 miles north the town of Smith River.

Florence Keller Campground

Set among the majestic redwoods, this campground features 50 RV or tent sites. Can accommodate vehicles up to 32 feet. Facilities include rest rooms, water, horseshoe pit, volleyball court, and group picnic area. Campsites are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Directions: From Crescent City, go three miles north to Elk Valley Road. Located on the crossroads of Elk Valley Road and Cunningham Lane. Follow the Highway signs to the park.

Ruby Van Deventer Park

Surrounded by towering redwoods, this park offers 18 campsites. Enjoy swimming, kayaking and fishing on the Smith River, which is only 50 yards away.

Directions: On Highway 197 (North Bank Road), 4 miles north of Highway 199 intersection.
